There is constant necessity of developing the accurate and fast methods for detection foodborne pathogens. Microorganisms Campylobacter genus are one main causes diseases worldwide. Fast identification at all stages food life cycle an efficient strategy to control campylobacteriosis. This article authors evaluated a commercial loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) system with bioluminescence, called as 3M™ Molecular Detection Analysis (MDA), which was used find in products help certain standard method, referred reference method.
